About Our Doctors

Dr. Rob McKnight, Chiropractor

Dr. McKnight has been treating patients in Southern Utah since 2001. He specializes in treating auto accident related injuries. He is a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist. Less than 10% of Chiropractors in the country are Board Certified. As a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist, he has three additional years of training in diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions. He also has additional training in manipulation under anesthesia, biomechanical performance enhancement, and rehabilitation. Dr. McKnight is one of very few chiropractors in Utah to be designated a Fellow of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists. Dr. McKnight works closely with a large network of medical doctors which provides him with access to not only chiropractic care and spine rehabilitation but also trigger points injections, interventional pain management, and spine surgery. Dr. McKnight has privileges to perform procedures at the St. George Surgical Center and Advantage Spine Care Center. He has assisted pain management physicians and spine surgeons with thousands of interventional procedures and many spine surgeries. This gives him a unique ability to discuss these treatment options with his patients.

Dr. McKnight has treated professional athletes for the past 17 years. He has served as the team chiropractor for the St. George Blitz semiprofessional football team and the St. George Road Runners professional baseball team. He has treated the athletes in the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association and he was also the company Chiropractor treating Broadway performers at the Tuacahn Performing Arts center. When he is away from the clinic, Dr. McKnight loves spending time with his beautiful wife and three children. As a family, they love to vacation on the beach in southern California and visit Disneyland. His hobbies include mountain biking and playing the guitar.


Dr. Roger Russell, Chiropractor MS, FACO

Dr. Russell is a certified chiropractor (1990), as well as a board certified chiropractic orthopedist (1994). He obtained a masters degree in biomechanical trauma (2004). He is an Accident Reconstructionist through Northwestern Traffic Institute. He specializes in permanent impairment ratings, disability exams, independent medical exams, and record reviews for second opinions.

Dr Russell has never stopped his education and continues to take classes to receive the most modern education. His Post-Graduate studies include workshops and classes such as Whiplash Biomechanics & Injury Traumatology,Advanced Certification, Spine Research Institute of San Diego, 15th Annual Spine Research Institute of San Diego (SRISD) Scientific Conference. Certificate of Completion from AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 5th Edition: Advanced Issues and Updates for Performing an Accurate AMA Report and many more.
